ChatWorld is a real-time chat. Messages are written by anonymous users and broadcast live to others in the same room. As a service provider we are not obligated under §§ 8–10 TMG to monitor third-party content transmitted through the service. We do, however, run automated AI moderation on every message, and we remove illegal content as soon as we become aware of it. If you see something that breaks the law, contact us at the email above and we will act immediately.
Liability for content / Haftung für Inhalte
As a service provider, we are responsible for our own content on these pages in accordance with § 7 (1) TMG and general laws. According to §§ 8 to 10 TMG, however, we as a service provider are not under obligation to monitor transmitted or stored third-party information or to investigate circumstances that indicate illegal activity. Obligations to remove or block the use of information under general laws remain unaffected. Liability is only possible from the time of knowledge of a specific infringement. Upon becoming aware of corresponding infringements, we will remove this content immediately.

Messages in ChatWorld may contain links to external websites of third parties, on whose contents we have no influence. Therefore we cannot accept any liability for these external contents. The respective provider or operator of the linked pages is always responsible for their contents. Upon notification of violations, we will remove such links immediately.

The ChatWorld interface, its design and code are subject to German copyright law. Messages remain the expression of the users who wrote them. Duplication, processing or distribution outside the limits of copyright law require the written consent of the respective author.
AI moderation
Every message sent through ChatWorld is checked by an automated moderation system. Most checks run locally on our own server. A small fraction of borderline messages are sent to a third-party AI provider (xAI / Grok) for a moderation judgement — see our Privacy Policy for the full detail. AI moderation operates under the editorial control of the operator named above.
